Research Interests

Psycholinguistics / Prosody / Foreign accented speech / Working memory/ Language Testing:

  • The mental representation of intonation (native and non-native speakers)
  • The effect of the native language prosodic system on foreign language learning
  • Coordination of several prosodic cues in L1 and L2 speech perception and production
  • Vulnerability of L2 auditory processing in relation to working memory capacity
  • Language testing validity and perception of language fluency of non-native speech judged by native speakers
  •
