Group leader

I am Research Fellow associated with the Department of Linguistics and the Zukunftskolleg at the University of Konstanz. 

I study language acquisition and processing in monolingual and bilingual children and adults, with a focus on Romance languages like Romanian and French. I am particularly interested in how speakers represent and use grammatical knowledge both in their native and non-native language(s) and in how the languages of a bilingual speaker develop in contact with each other. I conduct comprehension and production experiments using behavioral and eye-tracking methods.
